Immigration Control
One of my favorite effects of a black metal album upon my mood is that when an album draws to a close it can leave me feeling wholly and completely satisfied with music-- to the extent that listening to anything else is just impossible for a little while. Belus is the first album in some time now that leaves me feeling like I do not want to listen to anything else after it is over. Silence is perfect in the aftermath of Belus. I'm quite amazed he pulled it off.
