Germany.2009.BlackMetal
A new outfit out of Germany. Wintery themes of heritage seem to be their niche in the ever cluttered German black metal scene. I want to like this album more than I do. An ingredient seems to be missing in the dish to bring it all together and that would be the drum machine. This style of black metal is much better served with a human drummer, providing a less synthetic atmosphere. I'll be keeping an eye on this band in future.
